Why You Should Hire A Trainer?

Working with a personal trainer can reinforce your goals for fitness training by creating the perfect environment for success. A personal trainer will assist and encourage you in every step to get you where you want to be. In most cases, a personal trainer will allow you to overcome obstacles and achieve goals you may have thought were not possible. We believe personal training is as much about overcoming mental obstacles as much as physical ones.

Goals

One of the greatest things about personal training is the act of setting goals and being held accountable for them. We work with our clients to set realistic goals that are within their fitness level but also challenge them by setting goals that offer the right amount of adversity. We create workout programs that incorporate a variety of routines that all serve the purpose of empowering our clients.

Motivation​

Working out can be tough both mentally and physically that’s why we work closely with clients and encourage them every step of the way. By offering the right amount of praise and holding clients accountable when they are not working hard we are building a relationship that motivates our clients to reach new goals and feel empowered in the grueling moments of a work out.

Technique

Anyone can lift a dumbbell or crank out some push-ups but using the right technique is often times half the battle. As we work with clients, we are instructing them and teaching them the proper methods and techniques that envelope different exercises. In many cases, having good form can be the difference between getting hurt or building muscle and we’re here to make sure that proper technique and good form is used exclusively.

Learn the basics in martial arts and self defense. Fun environment for all bodies and fitness levels. Traditional martial arts, fitness, and plenty of kicking, punching and sweating. 



Massage

Enjoy a relaxing Swedish or deep tissue massage which relaxes main muscle groups, stimulates circulation, removes toxins, and eliminates mental stress. For more acute or long term issues, therapeutic sports massage is available. This includes a deeper more targeted approach to release the muscles and tendons from tightness, stress, and overcompensation. These issues may be due to a genetic disposition, injury, or repetitive motions from work, exercise, or sports. American Massage Therapy Association says massage acts to improve performance, reduce pain, prevent injury, encourages focus and shortens recovery time.

Muscular and Movement Neurology

Z-Health is a complete training system that puts you back in control of your own performance. By using the nervous system to rapidly "debug" your movement patterns, you can create lighting-fast improvements in performance. (Plus pain relief, injury prevention, and mindset.) 

Reiki

Reiki is a hand touch or energetic field energy healing that heals the physical, mental and emotional bodies. I am a conduit and the universal life force energy flows through me through my hands to the client. The energy goes where it is needed for healing and helps balance the chakras, relieves pain, lessens anxiety and gives you an overall feeling of peace and love.  

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is an alternative healing that works through the subconscious mind with suggestibility. This technique helps you rewrite the underlying issues to remove blocks in your life and move you forward in a positive way. This is a great way to overcome personal challenges that have previously held you back. Some examples of changes are: smoking cessation, weight loss, depression, anxiety, addiction, pain management and many more.

Holistic Life Coaching 

Holistic life coaching helps you move past unhealthy patterns that hold you back whether it be personal, professional or spiritual challenges. The coaching process helps assist you without judgment to seek, find and resolve these issues and help you live a productive and fulfilled life. In this day and age you often feel pulled in many directions and it can be overwhelming at times. Holistic life coaching can help you find the balance you are seeking to live the life you have dreamed of.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a holistic alternative to medication that balances, harmonizes and promotes the health of the body, mind and soul. The oils are made up of roots, leaves, flowers, wood, seeds, peel and barks. These oils and essences improve health, moods, enhances psychological and physical well-being in each individual. When the aroma is inhaled it can stimulate brain function and promote healing.

Past Life Regression

The reason one may want a past life regression is because they are having issues such as physical, mental or emotional and there is no rhyme or reason to why such a thing is occurring. It is sometimes an attachment from a previous life or previous lifetimes. We can use hypnosis through past life regression to go back and have the higherself guide us so we can pinpoint the issue and find a way to resolve it. This session typically takes 3 to 4 hours.
