We are a personal training studio offering strength training and fat-burning focus for clients of all fitness levels. Whether you’re a little overweight, struggling to improve your endurance, attempting to increase your mobility, trying to build muscle, or you simply like the idea of letting someone else design your workout and motivate you.

 

At Body Tuners, our goal is to create a comfortable experience that fosters personal growth and allows our clients to make strides in improving their overall fitness level. We believe that people in a variety of fitness levels deserve a work out experience that is relative to their conditioning and strength. Our goal is to program fun and creative workouts that push our clients to reach new fitness goals and thus improve their overall health.

We develop customized programs for our clients that allow them to achieve their fitness goals in a way that is safe, comfortable, and fun.


Our Private gym allows our clients to feel safe, comfortable, and motivated. Our gym is only available to those working with one of our personal trainers.

Workout Styles We Offer

FREE WEIGHTS

We offer training with free weights as part of our training program because we believe they offer a fundamental type of exercise. The debate on whether resistance machines or free weights are better for building muscle has been around for decades. We believe every person is unique and requires different needs. We have incorporated free weights in to our training because it offers another dimension to our exercise programs and allows us to better serve our clients.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Functional fitness training prepares you for the world by training your muscles to help you do everyday movements and activities safely and efficiently. It’s fair to say most people exercise to improve their quality of life and we believe that training to improve the fundamental movements we perform daily is essential to our success in achieving a healthier lifestyle. We train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by stimulating common movements you might do at home, work, or in sports.

BODY BUILDING

We work with clients to achieve short-term and long-term fitness goals which sometimes means helping them achieve the type of body they are looking for. Clients typically hire us because they have so much on their table that working out and eating right is a drag. We work closely and monitor clients to help them create the type of lifestyle that will allow them to reach their fitness goals. Every client is different and every client has different goals that’s why we work closely to discover and set realistic goals that can provide the right amount of challenge without feeling uncomfortable.

HIIT TRAINING

HIIT, or High-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give your one-hundred percent effort through quick and intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time than any other style of training. This exercise is also known to cause an afterburn effect, which is why intense exercise helps burn more fat and calories than regular aerobic and steady-state training. The idea is that your body keeps burning fuel fast long after you have completed your workout.
